Ways to incorporate our Anti-Ox Immune Boost Powder
Into your everyday routine
Bliss Balls
Ingredients:
15 Large Medjool Dates, pitted
1 â…“ cups raw cashews
½ cup oats
1 Tablespoon coconut oil, melted
2 teaspoons AntiOx Immune Boost powder
2 teaspoons ground ginger
3 tablespoons chocolate chips, melted
Method:
1. Soak the pitted dates in warm water for around 5 minutes. Then drain and peel the dates.

2. Pulse the oats and cashews in a food processor until they turn into a sandy texture. Add the dates, coconut oil, AntiOx Immune Boost powder and ginger, and blend until everything has mixed together and form a nice sticky dough.
3. Roll the dough into 16 equal sized balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave, then drizzle over the energy balls.

5. Place in the fridge for an hour to set, then stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
CHIA PUDDING
Ingredients:
4 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
2 Cups of your Favourite dairy-free Milk
2 Scoops of Renew You AntiOx Immune Powder
½ Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
2 Teaspoons of Raw Honey
Toasted Coconut, Banana or Berries for Topping
Method:
1. Combine chia seeds, Milk, Renew You AntiOx Immune Powder, Vanilla and honey into a medium sized bowl. Use a whisk to stir together.
2. Set aside for 10 minutes and whisk again until smooth with no lumps.
3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Banana Oatmeal Pancakes
½ Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 Eggs
1 Eggs White
1 Banana
2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
1 ½ Cups rolled oats
1 Tablespoon of AntiOx Immune Boost Renew You Powder
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
¼ Teaspoon of Salt
1. In a blender pour in almond milk, eggs, egg white, mashed banana, maple syrup, AntiOx Immune Boost Renew You Powder, rolled oats, baking powder, and salt.
2. Blend until smooth
3. Heat pan over medium heat. Once warmed, spray with non-stick cooking spray or place coconut oil or butter in the pan.
4. Pan Pancake batter into pan in round circles of the desired size.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side. Turn over and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
5. Drizzle with maple syrup and toppings of choice.
Smoothie
Smoothie Recipe:
1 Cup of your preferred frozen fruit Bananas, mixed berries, tropical mix, mango (any of your favorite flavored fruits)
1 Cup of fresh leafy greens, Spinach or Kale
½ - 1 Cup of Preferred Milk, Almond, Soy coconut or regular
½ Tablespoon ground seeds flax, chia.
2 Teaspoons of AntiOx Immune Boost Renew You Powder
